Nohonga - Kauri Seat

I wanted to create a chair that is like a treasure, encrusted with jewels that glisten and sparkle in the light. I wanted the treasure to be natural and from this earth, reflecting nature and celebrating the inherent beauty of the materials.

Ancient forest Kauri branch inlaid with Quartz, Greenstone, Kauri Gum and Paua Shell.
